Kathleen Nitti is an innovative leader with 30 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, global marketing and sales in diverse markets such as automotive, packaging, personal care and architectural products.
At Engelhard Corporation, (now part of BASF), Kathleen held senior management positions in Specialty Films and Personal Care. Kathleen demonstrated success managing and aligning all functions, including direct and indirect sales channels, to drive performance and control cost.
In marketing positions with National Starch & Chemical and the Dow Chemical Company, Kathleen developed business plans to grow existing markets and expand into new product and market areas.
Kathleen received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in International Business from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Coil Coaters Association, was an officer in the NJ chapter of the National Women’s Automotive Association International and was active in Cosmetic Executive Women.
